As the latest in a long line of Renaultsport models, the New Mégane Renaultsport 250 stands out through its unrivalled combination of exhilarating performance and handling. The 2-litre 16-valve turbocharged petrol engine now boasts maximum power of 250hp at 5,500rpm and peak torque of 340Nm from 3,000rpm. The Renaultsport engine`s twin-scroll turbo is exceptionally responsive and is particularly responsive at low revs, with 80 per cent of maximum torque available from just 1,900rpm. The New Mégane Renaultsport 250’s stunning coupé design features a front bumper incorporating LED daytime running lights, a splitter from the design of the nose of the R28 Formula 1 car, a central rear exhaust, rear diffuser and 18-inch alloy wheels. The New Wind Roadster - a compact, inventive, fun-to-drive coupe roadster arrives at Martins Renault on 16th July! Thanks to its ingenious, electrically-operated roof system, which pivots open in just 12 seconds, the New Wind Roadster boasts unprecedented versatility. In the lowered position, the roof panel rests above the boot, meaning that boot volume is always 270dm3 VDA
The New Wind Roadster has head-turning looks. It`s blue-tinged gaze, muscular profile and rear-end forms give it an emphatically modern profile. Meanwhile, there is an unmistakable `cockpit` feel about the interior. The sport seats feature integrated head rests, while the low-set driving position and sporty layout of the controls are typical of roadsters.
The expertise of Renault Sport Technologies in the realm of motoring enjoyment needs no introduction, and the New Wind Roadster has benefited extensively from the expertise of the RST`s engineers. The new coupé-roadster is built on the same platform as Clio II Renaultsport, and it`s chassis is perfectly suited to the 1.2 TCe 100 and the 1.6 VVT 133hp engines available. RST`s engineers have achieved the best weight to body-rigidity ratio for a coupé-roadster, allowing you to benefit from an outstanding ride along with very low fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.
The New Wind Roadster takes full advantage of Renault`s expertise in the fields of active and passive safety too, while the excellence of it`s chassis and it`s powerful brakes ensure exceptionally reassuring handling.
The New Wind Roadster is available with two pleasant, fun-to-drive engines. There`s the feisty 1.2 TCe 100, which boasts the power output of 1.4 and the torque of a 1.6 whilst returning the fuel consumption of an engine of it`s size (combined cycle fuel economy 44.8mpg). Also available is the fiery 1.6 VVT 133hp, developed by Renaultsport Technologies - a flexible, high revving engine with an impressive combined cycle fuel consumption of 40.3mpg.

A long list of driver aids and equipment is available to assist the driver, including ABS with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution, Emergency Brake Assist and ESP with Understeer Control.
